ANNUAL MEMBERSHIP TERMS & AGREEMENT

By purchasing a Temple of Domina Annual Membership, you agree to the following Terms & Agreement.

1. Membership Nature

Temple of Domina is a private, curated membership society.

Membership grants access to specified benefits, including:

  • Automatic VIP upgrade at Temple events

  • Unlimited cocktails during VIP hours

  • One (1) Mini Domme Session (10–15 minutes) with Sophia per membership year (conducted during a Temple event)

  • Signed copy of Domme & Dommer

  • Onsite parking at each event

  • Women receive one Goddess Foot Worship session per event

  • Women receive priority access to the Goddess Bath experience at each event.

Membership does not guarantee entry to events without RSVP.

Temple of Domina reserves the right to deny or revoke membership at its sole discretion

2. Payment Terms

All Annual Memberships are:

  • Non-refundable

  • Non-transferable

  • Non-assignable

  • Valid for one individual or couple only, as purchased

Membership fees will not be refunded under any circumstances, including:

  • Failure to attend events

  • Personal scheduling conflicts

  • Dissatisfaction with other members

  • Removal for violation of this Agreement or Code of Conduct

Membership benefits expire 365 days from the purchase date.

Unused benefits do not roll over.

3. Code of Conduct

As a guest of Sophia Domina, you are responsible for yourself and any guests you bring.

Temple of Domina welcomes self-expression with clear communication and enthusiastic consent.

Consent & Play

  • Practice enthusiastic consent at all times.

  • Yes means yes. Maybe means no.

  • Discuss what you want before engaging.

  • Do not join others’ play unless explicitly invited.

  • Do not exceed agreed-upon boundaries.

Once engaged in play:

  • Respect all previously discussed limits.

  • Communication is two-way.

  • Saying “no,” “stop,” or using a safeword must be honored immediately.

“Red” is the universal safeword.

If you hear it, stop immediately and check in.

Respect & Behavior

  • Do not pressure anyone to engage in play.

  • Accept rejection gracefully.

  • Do not demand explanations.

  • Aggressive behavior of any kind is not permitted.

  • If you are in a negative emotional state, do not attend.

Temple of Domina reserves the right to remove any guest for conduct inconsistent with the spirit of the community.

Intoxication

Alcohol must be consumed responsibly.

Anyone appearing overly intoxicated may be denied participation or asked to leave.

Risk Awareness

Certain types of play involve inherent risk.

You are responsible for engaging only in activities you are educated to perform safely.

This includes rope bondage (shibari) and any other skill-based activity.

Sexual Safety

  • Condom use and sexual safety must be discussed prior to sexual play.

  • Non-consensual condom removal is a consent violation.

  • Sexual health testing is encouraged but not mandated.

  • Members acknowledge that not all STIs appear in standard panels and incubation periods vary.

Participation in any intimate activity is at your own risk.

No Pay for Play

All play at Temple of Domina events is voluntary and for enjoyment only. Offering or requesting money in exchange for play is strictly prohibited.

Privacy & Phones

Phones and cameras are prohibited in most event areas.

  • No photography

  • No video recording

  • No texting in main areas

Designated phone zones will be clearly marked.

Violation may result in removal and membership termination.

Cleanliness & Care

Members must:

  • Clean any furniture or equipment used

  • Wipe down surfaces after play

  • Maintain respect for the venue

Community Protection

If you observe conduct that violates this Code of Conduct, notify a Temple crew member immediately.

Temple of Domina may remove any attendee for violations without refund.

4. Assumption of Risk & Liability

Members acknowledge that Temple of Domina events may involve adult themes, consensual kink practices, and social interactions of a sexual nature.

By attending:

  • You voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation.

  • You release Sophia Domina and Temple of Domina from liability for injury, emotional distress, property damage, or personal disputes between attendees.

5. Membership Revocation

Temple of Domina reserves the right to revoke membership at any time for:

  • Violation of this Agreement

  • Code of Conduct breaches

  • Disruptive behavior

  • Chargeback disputes

  • Any conduct deemed inconsistent with Temple standards

No refund will be issued upon revocation.

6. Agreement

By purchasing Annual Membership, you confirm that:

  • You are over 21 years of age.

  • You understand and agree to these Terms.

  • You accept the Code of Conduct.

  • You understand membership fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.
